Col (Prof) Aditya Parida, PhD, is a Professor at Luleå University of Technology, Sweden. He is involved in teaching Masters and PhD courses, and involved in several industries, Swedish National and European Union research projects. He has worked for the Indian Army and retired as a Director (Col), Management Studies. He has also worked as senior Consultant and Advisor Business development. He is a visiting Professor with a number of Universities in Sweden, Finland, Iran, Japan and India. He was a visiting Professor with a number of Management Institutes in India, like; IILM, BIMTech, IMT and was the Joint-Director, NIILM-CMS, New-Delhi.
He is member of the European Maintenance Assessment Committee, and Best Masters and PhD thesis award committee. He is the author of two books, three book chapters (Springer's) on Asset and Maintenance Performance Measurement. He is author of over hundred peer reviewed journal and conference papers in the area of asset engineering and management, performance measurement management and eMaintenance.
He has been International Chair and key-note speakers to several International Conferences and Editor of the proceedings of COMADEM 2006, MPMM 2011, eMaintenance 2010, 2012 & 2014. He has been Guest-editors of eight special issues of JQME, COMADEM International, IJPE and IJSAEM. He is presently Associate Editor, COMADEM International and Assistant Managing Editor of IJSAEM. He has been awarded with Outstanding Paper Award-2007 by the Emerald group and Supervisor of the Best European PhD Thesis Award for the year 2015-16.

Prof. Manoj Kumar Tiwari is working in the domain of Manufacturing System and Supply Chain Management. His research and teaching interests are in modeling the Manufacturing Processes and Operations analysis in Supply Chain Networks. Optimization, Simulation and Computational Intelligence are the main techniques adopted by Prof. Tiwari to automate the decision support system for complex and large scale problems in Manufacturing and Logistics System. His research interests have been supported by several industries, and national and international research funding agencies. He has published more than 240 papers( Scopus H-index-35) in the International Journals of repute and he has been Rated as Rank 1 among top 100 individual researchers across the world, who had published research articles in International Journal of Production Research(Taylor and Francis) during the time period 1985-2010. He is listed among Top 20 Most Productive Authors in the area of Production and operations management as reported in the last 50 years (Published in a survey article in Int. Journal of Production Economics, 2009, 120, 540-551) and rated 2nd among many researchers working in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in India (Analysis of the logistics Research in India-White paper published in TU Dortmund University, Dortmund Germany-2012).
He is serving as Associate editors of IEEE System, Man and Cybernetics- System,(SMC-S), International Journal of Production Research(Taylor and Francis), Computers and Industrial Engineering (Elsevier), International Journal of System Science (Taylor and Francis) and Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing System (Springer) and Neuro-computing(Elsevier) and Decision Support Systems( Elsevier).
Prof. Tiwari is in the editorial board of several International Journals such as EJOR, IJCIM, PPC,, RCIM, IJAMT, JTS etc. Prof. Tiwari is well known for grooming Under Graduate and Post Graduate students to carry out research and build up their career through research route. Several students of Prof. Tiwari are working as faculty members in different Universities of UK and US and also in very good companies of world.

Professor R P Mohanty has 29 years experience in Academics in India and Foreign Universities and 10 years in Indian Industry in top management positions. After superannuating, he is engaged in leadership education, management consulting and managerial competency development. He has published 6 Text Books, more than 200 research papers in reputed International Journals, more than 100 papers in Indian Journals and Newspapers.
He has guided 12 Ph.D. research scholars and several hundreds of master theses. He has advised more than 25 big companies in India and abroad in the areas of Engineering and Management. He has served as Chairman and President of many Professional associations in India and also as a board member in International Professional Institutions. He represents in the Editorial Board of 10 international journals. He has been elected as a Fellow of Indian National Engineering Academy-2004; towards outstanding contributions in "Engineering". In the year 2003, he received the most prestigious "Sir Visveswaraya Award" for his outstanding contribution in the field of Technical Education & Technology Management. Sambalpur University conferred upon "Intellectual Colossus Award 2003" as an honour to his profound contributions to the field of Management Education in India and abroad.
In 1997, he was chosen as the "Most Outstanding Academician" and honored by "UNITOP" award by Indian Institution of Materials Management. In the year 1995, Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering has honoured him by its highest award "Lilian Gilbreth Award" for his most significant and outstanding contribution to the field. Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering in the year 1987,has awarded him "Ramaswamy Cup" for his extraordinary services to the I.E. profession. American Biographical Institute has conferred upon him the "Distinguished Leadership Award in Academics". The Institution of Engineers (India) has also awarded him as the "Best Researcher".
